The distance and time calculation start from when our vehicle leaves our garage until it returns.

Customers need to fill out the duty slip; we won't consider disputes without it.

Prices are not applicable in May, June, during long weekends, or any festivals.

Guests are responsible for paying toll taxes, parking fees, and state taxes.

For outstation trips, there's a minimum charge of 250 kms per day.

Air conditioning won't work in hilly areas or when the vehicle is stopped or parked.

Please discuss your tour schedule and itinerary with your driver.

Avoid pressuring the driver to exceed safe speed limits.

Prices may change based on diesel/petrol price fluctuations. If prices increase more than 5% from the booking time, we'll adjust the rates even if confirmed earlier.
